Do you provide delivery?

Yes. We deliver once a week by default unless otherwise stated or arranged with you. We also deliver twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) free-of-charge as an alternative. Delivery fees will depend on the meal plan selected.

Our delivery times are 12 – 3pm and 5 – 9pm. Please indicate which time slot you prefer your items to be delivered. Any changes to your scheduled delivery timing are to be notified at least one day prior to the delivery date via Whatsapp.

We are unable to promise exact timings due to subjective traffic and weather conditions.

Do you deliver island wide?

Yes. Charges may differ for delivery to Sentosa, Tuas or Jurong Island. Please let us know during registration.

Do you accept delivery changes/cancellations?

We accept changes to meal plans or cancellations if we are notified two days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Changes to delivery address can be notified one day prior. Otherwise, you will be subject to meal charges.

Is self-collection available?

Not at the moment!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Not for now. Not to worry, we will notify you with an adjusted delivery plan prior.

How do I make payment?

Kindly follow the instructions on the checkout page.

What are the different payment modes accepted?

We accept PayNow, debit cards and credit cards as payment.

Is there a recurring payment charge?

No. Simply repurchase your goodies at our shop again!

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Cancellations or refundsare strictly subjected to a case-by-case basis only.
