In 3 weeks, we will reset your body to the fullest state of its health and boost your immune system. The result? You feel more energized, lighter and happier.

How It Works

Our plan runs for 3 weeks.

What you will receive

  • 9 pouches x 500ml of bone broth per week (Chicken / Beef)

How to consume?

  • Select 2 days in the week as Bone Broth Fasting Day (preferably not back to back days). E.g Mond & Thurs, Wed & Sund as fasting day
  • On Fasting days, consume ONLY 2 x 500ml of bone broth throughout the day. (e.g 250ml as breakfast, 250ml as lunch & the rest to sip through the rest of the day until night). No food intake at any time within the day.
  • On Non-Fasting day, consume 1 x 500ml of bone broth (spilt serving of 250ml in morning and 250ml in evening period). Consume only low carb and keto-friendly food throughout the day

Monitor & track progress

To keep yourself motivated and positive, we recommend you to track your progress on a weekly basis by doing the following:

  • weight yourself at the end of each week.
  • Use gadget to check your ketosis status at end of each week (we recommend using a device that check your ketosis based on blood test i.e keto mojo)
  • record down the results in your preferred mode for you to see the difference

What is bone broth and how does it taste like?

Bone broth is a highly nutritious stock dating as far back as 2,500 years ago where the Chinese used it as a medicine to support kidney and digestive health. It has a savoury aroma and flavour and is typically sipped on its own as restorative tonic.

What can I expect from this 21-day detox plan?

This plan is meant to reset your body and encourage good gut health. Differences in your body that you may notice are weight loss, better digestion and healthier-looking skin among other benefits.

Can I pick my fasting days?

Absolutely! We recommend selecting two non-consecutive days in the week.

How do I consume the broth and what can I do with it?

The bone broth is highly versatile. You can use it as a soup stock, a porridge base or as a supplement to your cooking. The broth itself is delicious and super yummy to drink by itself!

How long can I keep the broths for?

The broths can last up to 4 days in the fridge once defrosted/opened and 3 months in the freezer. The brothsare best consumed within 3 hours at room temperature.

Are your broths halal?

Our broths are not officially certified halal yet.

What You Need To Know

The number 21 is the number of days taken for one to start a new lifestyle/ create a new habit. That is why this reset plan takes 21 days. It will be most effective if you would set apart 21 days (3 weeks) with no breaks to experience the maximum results!

What You Will Receive

In this 3 weeks plan, you will receive 27 pouches of 500ml broth 

Every trip will be made exactly 1 week later.


To Heat the Broths

Take a pouch out of the freezer and leave it out for about 5-8 mins. Then cut a small opening on one corner and microwave the broth (4-5 mins) under medium heat. You may also boil a pot of water (1/2 filled) low to medium heat and put the broth upright into the pot. Remember to cut the small opening on a corner before boiling!

How to Store Broths 

You may store the broths in the freezer for up to 3 months. You can only store the broths for not more than 5 days in the fridge.


Nutritional Information of the Broths 

Per Serving:
Chicken: 80 Kcal, Protein: 18g,
Carbs: 0.8g, Fat: 1g

Beef: 130 Kcal, Protein:
28g, Carbs: 2g, Fat: 1.5g

When to Take the Broth

<1 serving of broth = 250ml>

Fasting days

Per week (7 days), choose 2 fasting days (preferably not back to back). We do not recommend back to back because it will be better for your body to adjust and not get into shock.

Wed & Sun ; Mon & Sat; Tues & Sun
During these fasting days, ONLY consume the broths. Consume 4 servings (2 pouches of 500ml each). Drink the first serving one shot in the morning and sip the reaming broths throughout the day.

Non-Fasting Days

On non-fasting days, consume 1 serving (250ml) of the broth immediately after you have woken up (first thing in the morning). You may have your low carb meal . Have your second serving (250ml) of broth before dinner. You are done for the day!

Record Your Weight Loss Over 21 Days

To see the results of your discipline in following our plan, we recommend for you to keep track of your weight loss/ health change by recording them in a notebook/diary. You may share them with us if you are comfortable! We love to hear success stories!

After 21 Days, Now What?

Now that your plan is over, it will be bittersweet for us to say goodbye but not totally. We hope that you are satisfied with the results that you have seen!

You have proven to yourself that the most difficult can be achievable with diligence and perseverance! Here, we will recommend that you may continue the meal plans with us or make your own healthy and delicious keto friendly/low carb meals at home. All sorts of grain, fruits high in carb content such as apples, oranges, bananas, pineapple, starches, beans or legumes, milk

Keto Friendly Food to Consume:

Healthy fats from eggs, fatty fishes, avocadoes, almond nuts, macadamias, brazillian nut, cheese, berries, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, coconut milk, butter, meat (organic is the best), cauliflower, all green vegetables such as spinach and asparagus and drink a lot of water!
